Journey began in Rajkot, Gujarat, during an era when computers were rare luxuries, internet connectivity was non-existent, and even landline phone connections required 2-3 years of waiting. or pay 15,000 rs. to get connection in 2 months. We pioneered co-operative society digitalization when technology was just in its starting phase.
Shifted in Big Office
Expanded operations with big office during the dial-up internet era. While the world was just discovering email, we were already building sophisticated financial software solutions, demonstrating our commitment to innovation despite technological constraints.
VAYAK Trademark Registered
Secured our brand identity with official trademark registration in the year Google was founded. As the internet revolution began globally, we established our legal foundation to protect our pioneering work in co-operative society management systems.
Copy Right Registered
Vayak registered the copyright of its software at the dawn of the new millennium, during the Y2K era. While the world was concerned about potential computer failures, we were focused on building robust, future-ready systems designed to serve co-operative societies for decades to come
Newspaper Started
To promote awareness of computerization in the co-operative sector, Vayak launched the Vayak Monthly newspaper during the dot-com boom. At a time when mobile phones were just becoming affordable and Windows 2000 had just been introduced, our innovative solutions were already transforming the day-to-day operations of co-operative societies across Gujarat.
Office Shifted to Ahmedabad
Strategic relocation to Gujarat's commercial capital to expand market reach. In the era of 2G mobile networks and early broadband, we positioned ourselves at the heart of business activity, ready to serve societies across multiple states.

10 Years Completed

Two decades of excellence serving 1,030+ societies nationwide. As 4G networks rolled out and Digital India was launched, we had already digitized over a thousand societies, positioning them perfectly for the upcoming digital transformation wave.
